Weigh in this morning wasn´t too bad considering how little exercise I have done this week. I wa 95.4kgs and 32% bodyfat.

I am starting to think that my scales are a little crazy as I have definately trimmed down a lot in the last month and according to my scales I have put on 2% bodyfat.

I can see the difference in my face (lack of chins) and my arms and legs are much more defined. I have also dropped about 2 inches around my waist as all my shorts are falling down if they are not ties up now and before they were fine.

This morning I walked with my dogs and my niece who was staying with us. Walked for 1.01:33 and covered 2.1 miles and climbed 579 ft. My medium pace was slower as my niece only had flip flops which slowed her down a lot.

Was working this afternoon at bought a 600ml bottle of coke and drank it so a bit pissed off with myself.

I am planning to get up earlier tomorrow moring to give me time to double my walk to 4 miles and I am alsogoing to start my training program that I was supposed to start last week.
