The last month has been bad. Haven´t done any real exercise at all. Been working loads and been really busy.
This weekend I started getting back into the exercise. Played 3v3 for 2 hours on saturday afternoon and shot 100 freethrows and played 1v1 for 2 hours yesterday (sunday).
I am planning to shoot everyday in the mornings except mondays when the clube is closed.
I am also planning to start doing 2 days of jump training and go back to walking the dog every morning although it is harder to get up now as the clocks have gone back again.
