Got up early and worked for an hour from 5:30 til 6:30 then took the dogs for a 43 minute walk. We walked 1.8 miles and climbed 539 feet in elevation.
Cut the walk short as My ankle was sore from playing with my son yesterday where he jumped on me and as I stumbled forwards I stepped on his foot and twisted my ankle with all his bodyweight pulling me forwards. To make matters worse I strained by knee slipping as I walked down the hill!!!!!
Because of the injuries I am going wait another week to start jump training again as I dont want to over do it and risk more injuries.
I am supposed to be playing basketball this afternoon by I am now not sure if I will or not.
My weigh in today was positive as I manged to go the whole weekend without exercise and not put on weight.
Weight was 95.7kgs and body fat was 29.9%
