Even though I was a bit hung over I still managed to get up and walk this morning. Walked for 1 hour and 16 minutes and walked 2.9miles and climbed 925 ft.
Weigh in was 96.6kgs and 32.6% bf which is better than expected and I drank a lot last night and ate even more!.
Next week I am going to start jump training again as my legs are feeling much stronger I plan to do shorter walkes on monday, wednesday and fridays and do the long walks on the other days.
